Trench Incident

Units were called for mutual aid for a trench incident.  Troutman's Trench team made it about 30 miles before being cancelled, but a few of us decided to continue on to the location to see the scene.  The bucket from the track hoe fell off, hitting the concrete and then falling on the victim, breaking his leg.
