Overturned Car
I-77 at 40 mile marker

The call came for a vehicle overturned in the median and upon arrival, found one person resting against the guard rail.  The vehicle had hit the guard rail, gone airborne, and then comeback down in the median.  Victim complained of neck and back injuries.
