Mobile Home Fire
Marlowe Loop, Troutman, NC

The mobile home fire was first spotted by a neighbor who advised the 911 telecommunicator that fire and smoke were visible.  Units from Troutman Fire & Rescue, Shepherds Fire Dept., and Wayside Fire Dept. were dispatched.  Troutman Unit 2 arrived and advised there was a working fire.  Units made an interior attack and were able to put the fire out quickly.  There was heavy smoke damage throughout the mobile home.  The homeowner returned home and advised that in the area of the fire was a heater.  The fire marshall's office was requested for an investigation.  There were no injuries.  The temperatures were in the low 40's.
